Staging to Live Project-McLean, VA

Located in the heart of McLean, these homeowners found the perfect location. They did not want to sell their home, but to change up their look since they plan on living in this home for a while. The first two rooms for this project were the living and dining room which adjoin each other in an "L" shape space.  We worked closely with the homeowner to determine their goals, budget and needs for this project.  Together we chose the new paint colors and new pieces of furniture, while still trying to incorporate many of the items the homeowner already owned.  After the walls were painted and the new furniture was in place, we utilized our clients budget of $1000 to purchase new accessories, lamps, pictures,pillows, drapes, etc. to add the final touches.  Our clients are thrilled with the new look and say they love sitting in their living and dining rooms now.
